  Just moved and was looking for new appliances. Had a great experience (?! yes) because salespeople were friendly, up-front, not pushy,and helpful. I went o another location to check for the same appliances, was suddenly aware that the best prices, and customer relations, were totally better at Sears. So I'm happy to recommend Sears based on this not so unique experience - seems like the sales people are more reliable at Sears, and the products I've bought in the past (mowers and tools and appliances, etc.) have all held up well.

  They deserve a second five star rating, my husband just reviewed them, but I just wanted to say second that! The woman I talk to on the phone and the Installation technician Mike were both amazing to work with. I get the feeling from them that they really care. Thank you Sears! Sara Taylor
