  I cannot say that the salespeople were unfriendly, they were not. Troubles began from day 1 with my Samsung J3. After numerous visits and calls to the store, they blamed it on everyone (including Suburu, Verizon putting up new towers, etc.) and eventually deferred me to Verizon Wireless help line. After having the first phone replaced, by Verizon, not the store, the problem s continued. I told Verizon that I was terribly displeased with the phone, what were my options. They said since TCC was not a company store, I would have to take it up with them. I waited for Leah, the store manager or owner, to come back from vacation to be able to help me (according to the staff). The day she returned to work, I called. She abruptly told me that since I was past my 2 weeks, she couldn't help me. I told her that the only reason I was past my 2 weeks was because for the last month and a half, I have been doing everything they asked me to do which included resetting the phone, factory resetting the phone, going to Suburu twice, hooking up my wife's phone to my car, being told it was Verizon's fault, etc. At one point she was telling me that Verizon must have confused her with a company store. When I said they did not and the explicitly said that she was an authorized retailer, she said very rudely "let me finish". She then said she had not button for anything except the 2 week return and was done with me. I have since found out that the Samsung J3 is a piece of garbage, not the retailer's fault, and purchased an I phone. That being said, there is an old saying that the fish starts rotting at the head and the head of TCC could care less wit my happiness. On the back of their car it reads "Customers matter". I guess that only applies until you made the purchase. Do yourself a favor and find a company owned store. Verizon did work with me to ease the pain of the new phone.
